Please use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not copy or scrape it, try to break or overload it, or upload harmful code.

The content here is for general information and is not medical advice. It does not replace advice from your doctor or other health professional. We work to keep it accurate, but descriptions, treatments, and availability may change, and errors may occur.

4. Booking and Appointments

Appointments depend on availability. Our Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy applies to every booking: we require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests, and a missed appointment or failure to provide sufficient notice is subject to a fee equal to 50% of your booked services fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

5. Your Health and Safety

Before any treatment, please tell us about medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, and skin sensitivities. We may change or decline a treatment if we believe it is not safe for you. Some treatments, such as microneedling and laser services, may need a consultation first. Results vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee a particular result.

6. Direct Billing and Insurance

Direct billing is available for some services with participating insurance providers. Coverage depends on your own plan and is not guaranteed. You are responsible for payment if a claim is rejected or the insurance system is unavailable.

7. Gift Cards and Memberships

Gift cards are governed by our Gift Card Policy. Memberships are governed by the OJAS Circle Membership Terms on our Membership page.

8. Services and Promotions

Services, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Promotions may have their own terms.

9. Ownership of Content

The text, images, logo, and design on the Service belong to SPA OJAS or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Links to Other Sites

We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.

11. Limits on Our Liability

To the extent the law allows, SPA OJAS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law or any liability we cannot legally exclude.
